2nd Bankruptcy Certificate
You have selected to complete your second bankruptcy certification requirement, otherwise known as the Pre-Discharge Financial Management Course. This course must be completed after your bankruptcy has been filed and you have been assigned a case number by the court, but prior to your bankruptcy’s discharge.
ADMA has been approved by the Executive Office for the United States Trustees to provide the Pre-Discharge Financial Management course and to issue certificates* in the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
